After, the guide will lead you to have a walking tour around the old downtown of Salzburg. We will visit the Cathedral, Salzburg's largest-scaled church built in the 17th century; the Festival Hall, the main venue of Salzburg Festival - the world-class classical music feast; and St. Peter's Abbey Church, the only Roman church in Salzburg, which was constructed in 696 AD.

After, going through the gardens of Mirabell Palace, you will see the statue of the Pegasus, the fountains and well-designed flower beds. You may also think of the song "Do-Re-Mi" from the movie "Sound of Music", which was just filmed in the gardens.

On the return trip to the hotel, we will pass by the Fortress Hohensalzburg, one of the largest medieval castles in Europe. This thousand-year-old landmark is honored never to be breached, on the highland in the old town.
